Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or use My Goal Book. By signing in you agree to them. This page is maintained by the app owner for transparency and is not a negotiated legal contract.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login (email and OTP flow) secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify the program administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Do not use another person's identity or upload images of others without permission.
• Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

Accounts that violate these rules may be blocked, suspended, or deleted at the administrator's discretion.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the goals, text, and images you upload. You grant the app a limited licence to store, display, and print your content back to you (for example, in your downloadable Goal Book PDF) and to show aggregated, non-identifying analytics to program organizers.

4. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable due to maintenance or outages. When maintenance mode is enabled, some actions (creating and editing goals and goal books) are temporarily disabled for regular users; administrators can continue to use the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may terminate an account that violates these terms or that must be removed for legal reasons. On termination your personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Goal Book is a personal reflection and planning tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Any decisions you take based on your goals are your own.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
